Geneva, Switzerland; New York, New York, USA; June 10, 2021 —Following weeks of testing, SonoCoin is pleased to announce the long-anticipated token generation functionality. The newly available feature can be found in the mobile SonoWallet application, listed under ‘Settings.’
Tokenization can provide the digitalization of real-world goods and assets. In addition to the obvious gains from streamlining networks, planning and re-distribution, digital assets generated on the SonoCoin blockchainwill have clear advantages in launch costs, network fees, and transaction speed over Ethereum-based tokenization. A requirement of 5,000 SONO is needed to launch a token, costing approximately $500 with prices currently at $0.10.
It is worth noting the process of tokenization does not involve any coding and can be completed in under 60 seconds. To entice newcomers, we are releasing free-of-charge token generation on the SonoCoin TestNet found under the ‘Network’ tab within the SonoWallet ‘Settings.’ The goal is to allow unlimited testing of the blockchain prior to committing financially.
